The menu changes with seasons bringing the freshest ingredients from all over the world. I'm sure if Michelin red book was to include Milwaukee, this restaurant would be on their list. "What a fabulous gem! After 21 years in the Navy, I've literally eaten everywhere. Now living in between Chicago and Milwaukee, I've had the pleasure of eating at Michelin/Bib Gourmand restaurants and this imtimate, romantic, eclectic and cozy spot in Milwaukee puts out some of the most delicious and inventive food I've ever tasted. Bravo to them for personable and knowledgeable service. Definitely a James Beard or Michelin coming out of that kitchen!
